Since its inception in 2009, iPRIMED has been focusing on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Supply Chain in the IT and ITeS space. As organizations grow and scale up, the challenges of driving predictable, sustainable and profitable growth multiply manifold. In the digital world, the paradigms are fast changing and the pace of evolution has accelerated significantly. Our systems and methods are under a patent (pending). Our programs have been accredited by Edexcel , a Pearson company. We are members of NASSCOM (a licensed training provider) and are an NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) partner.

iPRIMED focuses on context based and holistic learning where multiple skills from the functional / technical, behavioural, process and domain buckets are blended in a learning session. Our programs cutting across the technology, functional and domain are always driven from the business stand point – the business of IT.
